An Earnest Deposit of $25,000.00 will be required on Auction Day. The balance will be due on or before December 22, 2009. Titile Insurance & Escrow Closing Fees will be divided equally between Buyer and Seller. Marketable Title.
POSSESSION: Full 2010 Crop Year Possession will be given to the New Buyer on March 1, 2010.
