Jack Nitz & Associates has been in existence for 53 great years. Within the 53 years we have conducted all different kinds of auctions including restaurant liquidations, real estate auctions, land auctions, vacant lot auctions, personal property auctions, warehouse liquidations and consignment auctions. For 20 of the 53 years we have organized and conducted five large consignment auctions a year for late model trucks, trailers & construction equipment. These auctions are held once in the spring, twice in the summer, once in the fall and once in the winter and are always on a Wednesday.
With every truck auction comes different inventory, however, there are some items that you will frequently be able to purchase at these auctions. For example, we have a seller that has consigned at least four brand new pressure washers at each truck auction for the past two years. Although the items at the auction are usually different, the type of inventory we allow on the auction remains constant.

A good way to increase the value of your equipment is to utilize our detailing services which is an additional service offered to our sellers for a fee but as an added bonus we have an empty lot with Highway 77 Frontage next to our office where we can store your equipment ahead of the auction for free.
