Bidding in Person- Bring a current photo ID and any tax exemption paperwork.

How do I register my Tax ID Number with Jack Nitz & Associates? - Upon creating an account in our bidding platform, you will find a field for your Tax ID Number. You will need to provide us with documentation {of your tax exemption status} at or prior to pickup.

Bidding Online – Download our app to register for upcoming auctions and receive notifications for upcoming auctions. Give us a call and we will help you create your account. 

What is a Maximum Bid? The highest dollar amount you are willing to pay for an asset.

How does placing a Maximum Bid Work? If you place a “Maximum Bid”, you authorize the bidding system to bid on your behalf up to your submitted max bid amount.

Bidding Extension on Online Only Auctions: If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of that lot closing, bidding is extended an additional 2 minutes. This can extend for as long as bidding continues to take place.

How do I get notified about upcoming Auctions?

• You can enroll in our e-mail registry and we will notify you of all Auctions coming up and send you a reminder a day or two prior to each Auction.
• Follow us on Facebook – we are there VERY Prominently.
• Follow us on Instagram – we are there as well.
• Check our website frequently – you can put us in your “Favorites”.
• Call our Office at any time during Business hours and we’ll gladly update you on what we have coming up.

I won an item(s), what are my next steps?

• You will receive an email with an attached invoice from nitzauctions@gmail.com
• You may also receive a text or email to schedule pickup or request shipping
• Pay for your item(s) 
• Pickup your item(s)
• Items not being picked up will be shipped in 7-10 days
• Please read the terms for each auction, not all auction have the same payment, pickup & payment terms

Equipment Removal? Terms for Removal will be posted prominently on All Auctions that you participate in. NOT EVERY AUCTION REMOVAL TERMS ARE THE SAME – You MUST read these terms for every Auction.

Shipment of Items? Terms for Shipping are posted prominently on All Auctions that you participate in. NOT EVERY ITEM THAT YOU BUY WILL QUALIFY TO BE SHIPPED – You MUST read these terms BEFORE you buy!
